RULE 292. DESIGNATION OF PLACE OF TRIAL1
- At the time of filing a petition for redetermination of employment
status, the petitioner shall file a designation of
place of trial in accordance with Rule 140.
1 New Rule 292 is effective with respect to actions for redetermination
of employment status commenced on or after August 5, 1997.
